Automate was founded by a master electrician, construction manager, and drone thermographer with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. His background spans utility-scale solar projects across the Americas and microgrid deployments in the Caribbean, including hurricane relief efforts and private island installations for cruise lines.

Through this work, one challenge became clear: the demand for renewable energy far exceeds the supply of skilled managers and qualified labor. Complex projects often suffer from costly rework, underperforming assets, and unnecessary downtime—all driven by a widening gap between industry demand and industry expertise.

Automate was built to close that gap. By combining hands-on field experience with advanced drone inspection methods, and artificial intelligence, Automate enables teams to monitor, control, and inspect projects from design through commissioning and operation—ensuring every project meets design, code, and contract standards.
